AGM - 7th October 3:10pm in Small Hall. Children can attend the after school club at no cost whilst the meeting runs. Please come along, you can hear what we achieved last year & what we hope to do this year to support our children! If you can help at any of our event, in any capacity, we'd love for you to join us!
We invite you to our Halloween Disco on Monday 21st October, 3:15-5:15pm! Children can wear costumes to school that day & tickets are £2.50 per child - these will be available for pre-sale the week before. We will also be doing a costume swap - so come & exchange an old costume for a different one, or pick-up a costume for a fraction of the cost compared to shops! Good quality costume donations welcome, please drop-off at the school office.
If you can help us decorate before hand or help out during the disco - please let us know via our facebook page or catch one of the PTFA at pick-up/drop-off.
If you shop at Asda, please choose Renishaw Primary School as your Cashpot for School option. Between 2nd September and 30th November 2024, Asda will donate 0.5% of the value of your shop (online or in store) to Renishaw Primary School. Plus, every time somebody opts in, Asda will give an additional £1 to the school Cashpot. We have already raised over £120 for our school (by 24th Sept) - Thank you!
Welcome to Renishaw Primary School Parents, Teachers & Friends Association!
Renishaw Primary School PTFA Reg Charity 1122434 is a group of parents/carers, staff and friends of pupils at Renishaw Primary School who meet regularly with the aim of enhancing the school's provision for the benefits of its pupils, staff and local community.
We run various events throughout the school year for the children to enjoy and also to raise money for trips and equipment for the children. In the school year 2023-2024 we raised an amazing £4796.56, from events such as a Halloween Disco, Christmas Fair, Bake sales, a Summer fayre and many more.
With the money children, parents/carers & staff have helped raised in 2023-2024 – we have funded £4444.10 worth of equipment/resources and experiences, including class trips, a new trim trail, Year 6 leavers party, Christmas & Easter treats.
As you can imagine, it takes a team to put on the various events, so we always welcome new volunteers!
